By installing or using the MetaFox Chrome extension and visiting metafox-v3.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use MetaFox.

Description of service

MetaFox is a browser extension that provides a Pomodoro timer, break reminders, and daily streak tracking through Chrome's side panel. The extension loads a companion user interface from metafox-v3.com inside an iframe for a consistent experience.

License and use

MetaFox Labs Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MetaFox for personal or business productivity purposes. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension;
Use MetaFox to harm, disrupt, or interfere with other users or services;
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

User accounts

MetaFox does not require user accounts. Your data is stored locally in your browser and optionally synced through the embedded companion app.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, graphics, and code related to MetaFox are owned by MetaFox Labs Inc. You may not reproduce or redistribute MetaFox without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

MetaFox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MetaFox Labs Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MetaFox.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of MetaFox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
